This is our detailed guest arrival inspection worksheet we use to ensure your space is ready for your comfort and safety. While it looks lengthy, we use this worksheet to ensure every room and all amenities have been thoroughly cleaned, checked, and ready for your enjoyment. We invite you to review our work and verify any item you wish. We will use this worksheet again once you end your stay with us, to ensure that all items are properly accounted for, and our space is ready for your repeat visit!

To help prevent missing keys, our homes use an electronic door access system. Your codes will be sent prior to your arrival and will be active from noon on your check-in day, to noon on your departure day.
The door is programmed to auto-relock after 30 seconds. After 5 unsuccessful code attempts, the lock will power off for 60 seconds.
We change the batteries regularly, but in the event the batteries are dead, or other electrical failures, we have backup contingency plans in place for you!
We recognize you paid a cleaning fee for your vacation rental, therefore, we don't expect you to clean anything before you depart. We do ask, however, you don't leave any food out on the countertops, or any food-laden dishes in the sink, as it may attract ants. We will take care of the rest!
