About Your Hosts

We're Adam & Fi (short for Fidelia, but it's pronounced like wi-FI)! We have been full-time residents of Sunvalley Casitas for the last 20 years! We are avid outdoors people, so ask us where all the great hiking trails are.

We are a dedicated husband and wife team whose goal is to provide our guests a carefree, safe and beautiful home-away-from-home to enjoy during your vacation. We live in the community we provide vacation rental service which allows our customers real time and one-on-one attention as needed. To us, you are not just vacation renters, you are now our members of our community!

Adam's other full-time job is a pilot of multiple types of aircraft including airplanes and helicopters, and now serves as a Safety Inspector for the Federal Aviation Administration for the past 6 years. As you can see from his professional background, he is very safety conscious and always does things to the 189% level. This is a bonus for our neighbors as he assists with them with any concerns, including items such as internet issues to home repair questions.

Fi is an Registered Nurse for nearly 30 years with her Masters in Nursing. She naturally enjoys people and being an active member in this condo community, socializing and helping out her neighbors in any way that is needed. As a clinician, and understanding the need to learn all there is to protect ourselves from the Covid-19 virus and other organisms, we have devised a cleaning process at a level comparable to what is in use at the hospitals today! Included in and not limited to our process is steam cleaning all surfaces, cleaning the air with an Ozone machine and then finishing off the process with fogging the home with a non-toxic antimicrobial substance leaving your home virtually organism free upon your arrival.

We take great pride in the cleanliness, appearance and usability of each of our units. We strive to impress our guests enough they want to return each year. In our first few years since starting this business, majority of our guests have said they would like to return and departed with with glowing reviews! We would like to invite you to a delightful home-away-from-home vacation experience, and we look forward to expanding our circle of friends!
